Meet and Greet -  Key Handover:

If required we can meet and greet you and/or any guests you have staying at your property and provide keys. We would however always need and ask you for written consent (the owner) prior to us handing your keys over to anyone other than you.

Emergency Response:

In the event of an emergency we can be on hand to visit your property and allow entrance to tradesmen and/or any services required.  

Deliveries:

Often we have clients that like to acquire furniture whilst they are in the UK. We can arrange to be at your property to be in receipt of any deliveries you have arranged.

Charges:

General Key Holding is €5 per month.

Emergency Response / Deliveries are charged per visit at a cost of €30 with the first hour included and €15 per hour thereafter.

(These costs are for emergencies or deliveries within our standard office times 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday. Out of hours and bank holidays are charged per visit at a cost of of €50 with the first hour included and €25 per hour thereafter).
