We will visit your property once a month to carry out the following tasks:

• Check for and remove any mail (forwarding on service is available)
• Check that the water system, ensuring taps, toilets and showers are working
• Check that all lights and power points are working
• Check property is secure, inspecting doors, windows and alarm (if present)
• Check for signs of damp or mould and air the property
• Check pool and garden (if applicable)
• Check for any sign of pests or vermin

On a weekly basis we will visit to water any interior and/or balcony plants you have.

A monthly report is emailed to you detailing all that has been carried out and the findings of the visit. 

We provide advice on any repairs that might be required and oversee any works carried out (quotes given when requested).

In the event of an emergency we offer a 24hr callout service, whereby we will go to your property and address the issue. Any repairs will be charged for separately.
